As ComplexCon celebrates its 10th edition in Los Angeles, Palm Angels returns to the city where its own story began, marking a homecoming centered around the icon that came to define the brand: the tracksuit.
Palm Angels began as a photographic project documenting the lifestyle, skate culture, and creative communities of Los Angeles. What started as a portrait of the city soon evolved into a global streetwear brand, and the tracksuit became one of its most defining icons. More than a decade on, ComplexCon provides a natural stage for Palm Angels to reconnect with that story and introduce the tracksuit’s next chapter. Back to the Roots. Back on Track.
The Utility Tracksuit introduces a new expression of an icon that celebrates the tracksuit’s history while giving it a new purpose. Designed to move seamlessly through the day, the silhouette is redefined through construction, fabric and colour: structured canvas brings weight, a garment wash creates a lived-in feel, and considered dye techniques give depth to 30 colourways.
The concept draws directly from the way the tracksuit first made its statement: one cut, repeated in colour after colour. At ComplexCon, Palm Angels brings that visual language back at scale, with 30 colourways of a single silhouette. Each will be released as a limited PALM ANGELS × COMPLEXCON edition, individually identified, co-labelled and available exclusively at the event.
The collection will be sold within a dedicated Palm Angels booth, where the tracksuit takes centre stage against raw references to Los Angeles: asphalt underfoot, a monumental palm tree and a graffiti wall. A retrospective film tracing the Palm Angels journey completes the experience, connecting the brand’s origins with its next chapter.
Palm Angels will unveil the Utility Tracksuit at the 10th edition of ComplexCon, taking place on October 3–4, 2026, at the Los Angeles Convention Center, at booth B35.
